Returns Policy
Gaiam Pro will accept returns for wholesale orders only in the circumstance of manufacturer’s defects, or in the case of a shipment containing the wrong styles to that of the order. Products returned must be in original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item?
Should you have a faulty product or shipment containing the wrong style/s please email us at enquiries@gaiampro.com.au
For faulty products please ensure you provide images clearly showing the fault.
Upon receipt of your email we will review and provide feedback and assistance within 2 working days.
