How is freight calculated?
Freight is charged on a tiered basis based on the value of each order – the higher the order value means less freight charges are applied as per the tiers below:
Orders Under $250 = $30 Freight
Orders Between $250 – $500 = $20 Freight
Orders Over $500 = Freight is Free / Not Charged
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered using an Australia wide transport courier service. Please allow 10 - 14 working days from dispatch date for your order to arrive.
All deliveries must be signed for. A phone call will be made to the number you provided when registering to arrange a suitable time when somebody is able to accept delivery. No deliveries will be left unattended.
Please email us if you have any special delivery requirements, or if you have not received your order within the above stated guidelines so that we may initiate a trace with the carrier.
Free Shipping
Free delivery will be applied to all orders Australia wide that are over the value of $500 (excluding GST).
